Miguel Ángel Gutiérrez

A founding partner of The Rohatyn Group and leads its private investments, real estate, infrastructure and renewable energy activities. From 1980 to 2001, he held various positions at J.P. Morgan, including Managing Director in charge of Global Emerging Markets and member of the Management Committee for Global Markets. In addition, he served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Autopistas de Oeste S.A. and Chairman and CEO of Grupo Telefónica de Argentina S.A.

He was also a member of the Consultative Council of CIPPEC. Currently, he is a member of the Economic and Social Council of the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, of the International Advisory Board of the IAE Business School and of the Council of the Fundación Cruzada Argentina.

He has been a member of the Board of Directors of YPF since December 2015 and Chairman of the Board of Directors since April 2016.

Roberto Luis Monti

He obtained a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA) and holds a Masters in Electrical Engineering from UBA and a Master in Business Administration from AMA, New York.

He has extensive national and international energy industry experience. Between 1995 and 1997 he was President and CEO of Maxus Energy Corporation. He worked at YPF, where among other positions, he served as CFO in 1997, and as Chairman and CEO from 1998 to 1999. From 1999 to 2000 he was the Executive Vice President of Exploration and Production of Repsol YPF in Argentina. He is currently Director of Tenaris S.A.

Since April 2016 he is a Director of YPF.

Norberto Alfredo Bruno

He graduated in Business Administration from the Universidad Argentina de la Empresa and has postgraduate studies in Strategic Management from the Instituto de Administración Estratégica; Business Organization and Management at the Instituto Argentino de Economía Energética and Energy Economics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

He held various positions in YPF, where he served as Manager of International Development from 1983 to 1998, and in YPF Peru, where he was CEO from 1998 to 2000. Between 2001 and 2013 he was General Manager of Empresa de Energía Río Negro S.A. Prior to this he worked as a consultant. Since December 2015, he serves as the Minister of Economy and Infrastructure of the Province of Neuquén.

Since April 2016 he holds the position of Director of YPF.

Néstor José Di Pierro

He has served, among other positions, as Deputy in the Legislature of the Province of Chubut between 1991 and 1995; as Secretary of Social Welfare of the Municipality of Comodoro Rivadavia for the Province of Chubut, between 1995 and 1999; and as Councilman in the Deliberative Council of Comodoro Rivadavia between 1999 and 2001. Between 2003 and 2009 he was also appointed Comptroller of Petrominera Chubut SE. He was the President of the Correo Oficial de la República Argentina S.A. between 2009 and 2011. From 2011 to December 2015 he served as Mayor of the Municipality of Comodoro Rivadavia.

He is a Director of YPF since December 2015.

Ignacio Perincioli

He holds a degree in business administration and is a Certified Public Accountant from the Universidad de Buenos Aires. He has also completed a Project Management specialization in the Asociación Argentina de Evaluadores (ASAE) and a specialization in the management of small and medium sized enterprises in the Universidad de Buenos Aires.

He served in the Department of Control of External Indebtedness of the Auditor General’s Office, in the Secretariat for Coordination and Management Control and in the Provincial Road Program within the Ministry of Federal Planning, Public Investment and Services of the Argentine Government. He also worked in the Finance and Management [Department] of Opinion Austral S.A. Between July 2014 and December 2015 he was a Director in YPF S.A. From December 2015 through March 2018 he was the President of Fomento Minero de Santa Cruz S.E., Director and Vice-President of Cerro Vanguardia S.A., and a member of the Supervisory Committee in Patagonia Gold S.A.

Currently he is the Minister of Economy, Finance and Infrastructure of the Province of Santa Cruz.

Gabriel Alejandro Fidel

He obtained business administration and political science degrees from the National University of Cuyo and has a master´s degree in Public Affairs, from The University of Texas, Austin, specialized in political economics.

He has held various positions throughout his career, including Under Secretary of Tourism, Ministry of Government, and Ministry of Economy, all of them of the Province of Mendoza. Currently, he is a member of the Board of Directors of Transener S.A., President of the Fundación ProMendoza and a member of the Mercosur Parliament.

He was designated a member of the Board of Directors of YPF on March 2017.

Sebastián Caldiero

He holds a law degree from the Universidad Nacional de La Pampa, where he was a fellow in YPF Foundation’s scholarship program. He obtained a postgraduate degree in administrative law from the Universidad National del Comahue, and completed a special training in hydrocarbons from the Center for Energy Regulation Studies (CEARE) - Universidad de Buenos Aires.

He practices Law since 2003 and was also legal advisor of the Municipality of Cipolletti from 2004 through 2010.

He then served as Provincial Director of the General Advisory of Neuquén, he led the Office of Legal Affairs of the Río Negro Secretary of Energy, and was appointed as [Sub] Secretary of Energy in 2014. In 2015 he was appointed as Secretary of Hydrocarbons in Río Negro and since March 2016 he has been Secretary of State for Energy in Río Negro.

Carlos Alberto Felices

He graduated in Business Administration from the Universidad de Buenos Aires and completed postgraduate studies in the USA. He worked for Pfizer Inc., where he held various positions, first in Argentina as Treasurer, then in Brazil as CFO and then in the USA as Director of Administration for Latin America.

From 1993 to 2002 he held various positions in YPF, until he was named CFO. Later, he was CEO of Telecom Argentina S.A. until 2007 and was appointed as Chairman of Telecom Argentina S.A. until April 2008.

He has been a Director, and Chairman and Financial Expert of the YPF Audit Committee since December 2015.

Daniel Gustavo Montamat

He is an economist, certified public accountant and a lawyer and holds two doctorates: one in Economic Sciences from the Universidad Católica de Córdoba, and another in Law and Social Sciences from the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba. He earned a Master in Economics from the University of Michigan in the USA.

Among other positions, he served as Director of Gas del Estado; Director and Chairman of YPF S.E. and Secretary of Energy of the Nation. In 1991, he founded Montamat & Asociados in Buenos Aires and is its Executive Director. He is currently a consultant to the World Bank and the Inter-American Development Bank. He is Professor of Graduate Studies at the Centro de Estudios de la Regulación Energética (CEARE) of the Universidad de Buenos Aires.

Since December 2015 he is a Director and member of the Audit Committee of YPF.

Fabián Jorge Rodríguez Simón

He is a lawyer, he graduated from the University of Buenos Aires and studied a PIL at Harvard Law School.

Among other positions, he served as advisor to the Mayor of the City of Buenos Aires, Chief of Staff of the Ministry of Environment and Public Space of the Government of the City of Buenos Aires between 2007 and 2009 and President of the Commission for the "Zero Waste" Act. He was a founding partner at Llerena & Asociados Abogados and director of its Executive Committee. He participates in the Management Council of the Instituto de Empresa in Madrid and is President of the Fundación Pericles of Buenos Aires. He is currently a senior partner at the AlfaLegalGroup consulting firm.

Since December 2015 he is a Director of YPF.

Lorena Sánchez

Mrs. Sánchez holds a law degree from the Universidad de Buenos Aires she also obtained a Master’s Degree in Corporate Law from Universidad Austral, Buenos Aires. She completed an International Program in Business Law in Louisiana State University in the United States and an MBA in IAE Business School, Buenos Aires. She also completed several training workshops on innovation, creativity and communications in Arthur Andersen, and in strategic planning in IDEA. She worked in several law firms between 1994 and 1997 and then joined Acindar Industria Argentina de Aceros S.A. (Acindar Group ArcelorMittal), as a young professional where she worked in the in-house legal team until she was appointed as the Legal Area Manager in charge of the corporate legal advisory in business matters, M&A, capital markets, corporate governance, compliance and litigations.

She joined the Legal Services Department of YPF in 2009 as an advisor in law and corporate governance in charge of the Coordination of the Board of Directors and since 2013 she is Manager of Corporate Affairs and Corporate Governance. She is also the Secretary of the Board of Directors and of the Audit Committee of YPF and is a member of Administration Council YPF´s Foundation, and its Secretary.

She has been a member of the Board of Directors of YPF since April 2018.

Emilio José Apud

An industrial engineer, he graduated from the Faculty of Engineering of the Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA). He gained post graduate degrees in Energy Economics and the Management of Large Projects, both from the Faculty of Engineering, UBA; in Regional Economic Analysis issued by the Institute of Economic and Social Development Di Tella and a specialization in Energy Conservation in Dupont de Nemours, WL, United States.

Among other positions, he was Director of CAMMESA and Secretary of Energy and Mining of the Nation. He was founder and former vice president of IAE, Institute for Energy G. Mosconi, between 1983 and 1989. He is a director of Apud & Associates, and a consultant on energy and the environment since 2005. He serves as a partner and director of AMPAR, a Paraguayan consultancy and Ecoriental, a Uruguayan consultant. In addition, he is President of BAE S.A. a construction and development company, academic advisor of Fundación Libertad y Progreso and a member of the Fundación Pensar.

Since April 2016 he is a Director and member of the Audit Committee of YPF.

Gerardo Damián Canseco

He is a lawyer and a specialist in Trade Union law.

He has been an employee of YPF since 1984. Among other positions, he served as Secretary of Government of the Municipality of San Lorenzo, Province of Santa Fe from 2007 to 2011, as Secretary of Labor in the Ministry of Labor and Social Security of the Province of Santa Fe from 2011 to 2014. He was President of the Centro de Estudios Laborales y Sociales for the period 2014-2016.

Since April 2016 he is an Alternate Director of YPF.

Liliana Amelia Murisi

She is a Public Accountant from the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba. She completed a specialization in Financial Administration in the Public Sector at the School of Economics and Business of the Universidad Nacional de Comahue.

Between the years 1997 and 2007 she served as Fiscal Auditor in the Court of Auditors in Neuquén. Subsequently, she held the position of Administrative Prosecretary in the Honorable Legislature of Neuquén between 2007 and 2014.

She was Finance Undersecretary of the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure of Neuquén from December 2015 to January 2018. She is a Director of Central Puerto S.A. and Hidenesa S.A. Currently, she serves as Undersecretary of Public Revenues for the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure of Neuquén

Alternate Director
Fernando Martín Cerdá

Universidad Nacional de La Plata. He was Director of Petrominera del Chubut S.E. between February 2016 and January 2018. He held several positions at Halliburton Argentina S.R.L.: profile analyst, Desk Engineer, and later was appointed as head of the Geoscience group F.R.S. (Formation Reservoir Solution) in the San Jorge Gulf basin. He also provided advice in the Neuquina Cuyana Basins, and in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia. He is currently the Minister of Hydrocarbons and Mines of the Province of Chubut.

Mauro Tamburo

He qualified as a civil engineer from the Universidad Nacional del Sur in Bahia Blanca. Among other positions, he served as Assistant to the Provincial Inspection Directorate of Roads for the Province of Río Negro and consultant in the Under secretariat of Water Resources of the Nation. He was appointed Manager of Engineering and Construction and Head of Services and Maintenance in Bahia Blanca for Azurix Buenos Aires S.A. He was an Administrator of the National Water and Sanitation Works Authority (ENOHSA) until December 2015.

Since December 2015 he is an Alternate Director of YPF.

Miguel Lisandro Nieri

He earned a degree in economics from the National University of Cuyo and hols a master's degree in finance and management control from the ADEN Business School, University of San Francisco.

He has held various positions throughout his career, including Advisor of the Ministry of Finance of the Province of Mendoza from January 2000 to November 2003, Subdirector of Finance of the Provincial Fund for the Transformation and Growth of Mendoza from July 2004 to February 2007, member of the Board of Directors of Mendoza Fiduciaria S.A. from June 2006 to April 2007, business manager of the Cuyo area of Puente Hnos, Sociedad de Bolsa from March 2008 to June 2009, and Administrator of Financing for the Development of Mendoza Agency from December 2015 to March 2017. Currently, he has been Minister of Finance of the Province of Mendoza since March 2017.

He was designated member of the Board of YPF since March 2017.

Carlos Alberto Alfonsi

A Chemical Engineer who graduated from the Universidad Tecnológica de Mendoza, Argentina. He qualified as IMD Managing Corporate Resources from Lausanne University and studied at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

In 1987 he joined YPF and held various positions as Operations Manager, Director of the La Plata Refinery, Director of Operational Planning, Director of Trade and Transport in Latin America, Director of Refining and Marketing in Peru, Country Manager for Peru and R&M for Peru, Chile, Ecuador and Brazil.

He is currently the Executive Vice President for Downstream since June 2010. He was Alternate Director of YPF from March 2008 to June 2012 and Director from 2012 until 2016. He has been an Alternate Director since April 2016.

Santiago Martínez Tanoira

He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires (ITBA) and holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Universidad Austral. He attended specialization courses at the Universities of Darden, Wharton and Harvard in the USA.

He joined YPF in 1998 in the Business Development area of the Petrochemical Division. He was responsible for the Marketing and Development area within the Industrial Products Unit and Manager of Chemical Planning in Argentina. Subsequently, he held the position of Director of Basic Petrochemicals and Intermediate Products at Repsol Química, in Spain. He held the position of Director of Chemicals at YPF and was a member of the Profertil board of directors. During the last four years, he served as Executive Manager of the Mendoza Regional, in charge of the Upstream operation.

Since October 2016 he is the Executive Vice President for Upstream.

Marcos Miguel Browne

An Industrial Engineer who graduated from the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires (ITBA) with an MBA from Henley Management College in the UK and a Diploma in Natural Gas Management & Economics from the College of Petroleum Studies, Oxford, UK. He holds a Specialization in Oil and Natural Gas Economics from ITBA and a Diploma in the IAE's Executive Development Program.

Among other positions, he held different responsibilities at YPF until he was appointed Head of the Natural Gas Supply and Processing Area, which he held from February 1994 to May 2000 and was the Manager of the Gas and Liquefied Gas Processing Business at TGS SA, a company in which he held various positions between June 2000 and March 2004. He is a founding partner of Endriven SA and, until March 2016, he served as Director of that company, as General Manager of Gas Meridional S.A., as General Manager of C3Plus S.A. and as President of Fuels Meridional S.A.

Since March 2016 he is the Executive Vice President of Gas and Energy at YPF.

Fernando Pablo Giliberti

A Certified Public Accountant from the Universidad Católica Argentina, he earned an MBA in Business Administration at UADE, a postgraduate degree in Management and Economics of Natural Gas at the College of Petroleum Studies, Oxford University UK, and a Master in Science of Management, Sloan Program at Stanford University in the USA.

Among other positions, he served in YPF as Head of Accounting and Finance in the Mendoza Business Unit, Manager for Business Support South Division, Operations Manager for the El Guadal-Lomas del Cuyo Pilot Business Unit, Business Development Manager and Director of Business Development for Exploration and Production. In San Antonio (Pride International), he served as Vice President of the Latin American Business Unit and at Pioneer Natural Resources of Argentina as Vice President for Business Development. In 2006 he founded Oper-Pro Services S.A. He was Director of YPF from June 2012 to April 2013.

Since June 2012 he holds the position of Vice President of Strategic Planning and Business Development and he has been an Alternate Director since April 2014.
