Daniel Cristian González Casartelli

He holds a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Católica Argentina. He is Chairman of the Transparency Committee.

He served for 14 years in the investment bank Merrill Lynch & Co in Buenos Aires and New York, and held the posts of Head of Mergers and Acquisitions for Latin America and President for the Southern Cone (Argentina, Chile, Peru and Uruguay), among others. During his tenure at Merrill Lynch, he played a prominent role in several of the most important transactions in investment banking in the region. He was a consultant for Bank of America and Merrill Lynch after leaving the bank. Previously he was Head of Financial Planning and Investor Relations in Transportadora de Gas del Sur S.A.

He is currently a board member of Adecoagro S.A. He was Alternate Director of YPF from April to June 2014 and Director from June 2014 to April 2016.

He has been CFO (Finance Executive Vice President) of YPF since July 2012 and Alternate Director since April 2016.

Currently, he is the CEO since april 2018.

Downstream Executive Vice Presidency
Santiago Martínez Tanoira

He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires (ITBA) and holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Universidad Austral. He attended specialization courses at the Universities of Darden, Wharton and Harvard in the USA.

He joined YPF in 1998 in the Business Development area of the Petrochemical Division. He was responsible for the Marketing and Development area within the Industrial Products Unit and Manager of Chemical Planning in Argentina. Subsequently, he held the position of Director of Basic Petrochemicals and Intermediate Products at Repsol Química, in Spain. He held the position of Director of Chemicals at YPF and was a member of the Profertil board of directors. From 2012 until october 2016, he served as Executive Manager of the Mendoza Regional, in charge of the Upstream operation. He was our Upstream Executive Vice President from october 2016 to august 2017.

Currently, he is Downstream Executive Vice President since august 2017.

Upstream Executive Vice Presidency
Pablo Bizzotto

He holds a degree in oil engineering from the Universidad Nacional del Comahue, he completed a Management Development Program at IAE and earned an MBA degree from the University of Barcelona. He started his career at Tecpetrol, from Techint Group, as Young Professional. He also worked at Panamerican Energy for thirteen years, where he served in various positions. among them, he held the position of Acambuco Unit Manager in the North of Argentina and of Cerro Dragón General Manager, at the Cuenca del Golfo San Jorge. Afterwards, he joined YPF, where he held the position of Executive Manager of the Unconventional Region between April 2014 and August 2017.

He is our Upstream Executive Vice President since August 2017.

Gas and Energy Executive Vice Presidency
Marcos Browne

An Industrial Engineer who graduated from the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires (ITBA) with an MBA from Henley Management College in the UK and a Diploma in Natural Gas Management & Economics from the College of Petroleum Studies, Oxford, UK. He holds a Specialization in Oil and Natural Gas Economics from ITBA and a Diploma in the IAE's Executive Development Program.

Among other positions, he held different responsibilities at YPF until he was appointed Head of the Natural Gas Supply and Processing Area, which he held from February 1994 to May 2000 and was the Manager of the Gas and Liquefied Gas Processing Business at TGS SA, a company in which he held various positions between June 2000 and March 2004. He is a founding partner of Endriven SA and, until March 2016, he served as Director of that company, as General Manager of Gas Meridional S.A., as General Manager of C3Plus S.A. and as President of Fuels Meridional S.A.

Since March 2016 he has been the Executive Vice President of Gas and Energy at YPF.

Luis Sas

He holds a Public Accountant degree from the Universidad de Buenos Aires. He also holds an MBA—Master’s Degree in Business and Administration from the IAE and an executive program from Columbia University. He has an extensive background in corporate finance, financial operations, capital markets and finance projects.

He worked in management positions at Petrobras, Edesur and Pérez Companc. In addition, he participated in the privatization of Telecom, Edesur, TGS and Metrogas.

He was a member of financial committees in various companies and responsible for conducting the “due diligence” for various companies. Since June 2018 he joined the Financial Vice Presidency at YPF. Currently, he is our CFO.

Diego Pando

He holds a Public Accountant degree from the Universidad Nacional de Rosario, a Master degree in Corporate Finance from Universidad CEMA and a Postgraduate degree in Business Administration from Universidad Austral de Rosario.

He started his career joining the ex-brand “Arthur Andersen” company in which he performed in the audit and corporate finance area. In 2002 he joined the YPF group originally working in one of its subsidiaries, A-Evangelista S.A.

Since 2005 he joined YPF S.A. where he held several positions.

Currently, he is our Controller and President of the Disclosure Committee.

Corporate Affairs, Communications and Marketing Executive Vice Presidency
Sebastián Mocorrea

He is a lawyer, graduated from the Universidad de Buenos Aires and holds a degree in Political Science from the Universidad Católica Argentina.

He served as President of the Asociación de Televisión Argentina (ATA), from 1996 to 1998, and as Vice President of the Cámara de Informática y Comunicaciones de la República Argentina (CICOMRA) from 1998 to 2000. In 1997 he joined IBM as Director of Communications and External Relations, IBM Latin America South (Argentina, Chile, Paraguay and Uruguay). In 2000 he became a Regional Director in IBM Latin America, in the United States. He held the position of Vice President of Public Affairs at IBM Europe, based in Brussels.

In 2012 he founded Argencon, a chamber of exporters of knowledge services. He currently chairs the Advisory Council of Argencon, participates in the Council of the Americas and the Asociación Cristiana de Dirigentes de Empresa. Since october 2012, he served as Vice President, Public Affairs and Regulation, Latin America and Global Business Support at the IBM Corporation.

He joined YPF in may 2016 and served as Communication and Institutional Relations Vice President. Currently, he is our Corporate Affairs, Communications and Marketing Executive Vice President since august 2017.

Operations and Transformation Executive Vice Presidency
Carlos Alfonsi

He graduated in Chemical Engineering from the Universidad Tecnológica de Mendoza, Argentina. He qualified as IMD Managing Corporate Resources from Lausanne University and studied at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

In 1987 he joined YPF and held various positions as Operations Manager, Director of the La Plata Refinery, Director of Operational Planning, Director of Trade and Transport in Latin America, Director of Refining and Marketing in Peru, Country Manager for Peru and R&M for Peru, Chile, Ecuador and Brazil.

He was Alternate Director of YPF from March 2008 to June 2012 and Director from 2012 until 2016. Mr. Alfonsi was our Refinery and Logistic Executive Director between January 2008 and May 2012 and our Downstream Executive Vice President from June 2010 to August 2017.

He is currently He has been an Alternate Director since April 2016 and our Executive Vice President of Operations and Transformation since August 2017.

Strategy and Business Development Vice Presidency
Sergio Giorgi

Mr. Giorgi earned a degree in Civil Engineering from the Universidad de Buenos Aires and a Postgraduate degree from the French Institute of Petroleum. He completed a General Management Program organized by Total Group, in partnership with HEC Paris and Saïd Business School from Oxford University.

In 1994, he joined YPF as a drilling engineer. In 1996, he joined Total where he assumed different positions within the oil exploration and exploitation areas for Argentina, Scotland, Indonesia, Italy, Libya and France.

In 2007, he managed Total’s drilling and wells operations for Asia, North Africa, Middle East and Australia. In 2009, he was in charge for Development and Planning Studies group with focus in Africa. From 2011 to 2013, he was appointed Total’s New E&P Business Project Director for Latin America.

Thereafter, he joined Total Austral in Argentina as Unconventional Resources Director. Mr. Giorgi was appointed as our Business Development and Project Architecture Vice President in December 2016 and is our Strategy and Business Development Vice President since August 2017.
